The dramatic violin accompaniment mixed with MC Mong’s rapping and Mellow’s great English chorus come together to form a song that almost sounds like an OST. Many people translate the title as “Sick Enough to Die” but that is a common mistake; the phrase actually means “hurting inside so much that you feel like you’re going to die - hence, “Hurts to Death.”
